Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. However, we want to make things right if there’s an issue.
Refunds & Replacements
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement only if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened or consumed items
- Flavor preferences or personal taste
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
